Dottoressa Aphra è uno dei nuovi personaggi di Star Wars, introdotti attraverso i fumetti pubblicati dalla Marvel Comics. Dai più è considerata tra le nuove figure più riuscite. Sappiamo di lei che era una archeologa criminale e il principale predatore delle armi perdute nella galassia. Pilotava l’Ark Angel e poco dopo la Battaglia di Yavin, Darth Vader si rivolse a lei per ottenere un esercito personale di droidi da battaglia. Al suo fianco troviamo spesso i due pericolosissimi droidi 0-0-0 (TRIPLE ZERO) e BT-1 (BEETEE).
