Star Wars. Marvel Comics pubblicherà una nuova serie a fumetti dedicata a Guerre Stellari. Sarà una serie regolare, scritta da Charles Soule. I primi numero sono stati affidati al disegnatore Jesus Saiz. Uscirà nel 2020 e racconterà gli eventi accaduti tra Episodio V – L’Imper Colpisce Ancora e Episodio VI – Il Ritorno dello Jedi.
E’ stata diffusa online la sinossi ufficiale dei primi due numeri della serie a fumetti Star Wars.
Dopo gli eventi di Episodio V è un momento buio per gli eroi della ribellione. La flotta ribelle è dispersa dopo la disastrosa sconfitta nella battaglia di Hoth. Han Solo è stato catturato da Boba Fett e congelato nella carbonite. Luke Skywalker, dopo un duello con Darth Vader ha scoperto una terribile verità sul suo passato. Vader non ha ucciso suo padre Anakin, ma è suo padre.
Luke, Leia, Lando, Chewbacca, C-3PO e R2-D2 devono iniziare un nuovo percorso, tornare dall’Alleanza Ribelle per salvare il destino di tutta la Galassia. Dopo così tante perdite, è ancora possibile una vittoria?
